What type of special order can I make?
We are designer, specialist in mosaics. We can create any design, for any occasion. We have no limit in sizes nor in quantities.

Can you create a large project?
Yes. We can create meaningful mosaic artworks for roads, roundabouts, buildings, religious buildings.
Can you create products at very low price for gifts to my community / my donors / the employees of my company…?
Yes. Tell us your budget and the quantities. We will send you proposals.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale discounts are available. Please send us a message for a quote.
WHERE AND HOW do you ship
We gladly ship worldwide.
Your order will be packaged with utmost care and shipped via with tracking number.
Estimated shipping times: 10_15 business days.
We cannot be responsible for delays or quality of shipment, especially in busy times of the year, including end of the year high season.
Cost of shipping: 25$ per order.
For bulk and custom orders: carrier, delays and cost of shipping will be agreed upon placing the order.
Will we be charged duties and taxes?
All orders are created, prepared and shipped from Rishon Le Tsion, Israel. Some countries impose a custom and V.A.T charge on imported goods. You are liable for these charges. (There are usually no such charges when parcels are sent from Rishon Le Tsion, Israel to America – May 2021).
Regarding international regulations on import taxes, our products are qualified as DIY kits / art supply.
Cancel and return
We gladly accept returns and cancellations (do not apply for bulk or custom orders)

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel an order once it is shipped.
What are the conditions of return?
You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. All items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery and returned in their original condition. Please make sure that items are packaged correctly when you send them back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot compensate for items that have been used, damaged due to poor packaging on your part or lost during return shipping.
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the items. Please note that we will refund the cost of the items only unless we have made a mistake with your order. Shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes and charges that may have incurred upon your purchase will not be covered.

How do you ship
We send through ECO Post – Israeli with tracking number.
Cost of shipping:
– under 1 Kg: 22.50$
– above 1kg: 35$
Estimated shipping times:
10_15 business days. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
For bulk orders, the customer will select its international carrier and negotiate prices directly with them.
WILL we BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?
Holy Land Mosaics is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Individual orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
For bulk orders we will agreed on a processing time and international carrier according to quantities.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
