This impressive 4.75 x 1.65-meter mosaic features 85,000 naturally colored stones in traditional patterns. The project revives ancient Israeli mosaic techniques while conveying powerful messages of peace, unity, and community resilience.

The artwork showcases classic Jewish symbolism through the rose motif, historically significant from the Second Temple period, executed by local volunteers and artists. This beautiful piece not only serves as a testament to the region’s commitment to peace and mutual support but also represents the eight communities of the Central Arava Regional Council.
